About me
Heide Harrell, M.A., APR, is Director of Communications for Central Arkansas Water, serving nearly 500,000 residents across eight counties. With more than 20 years of experience, she has held numerous leadership roles within PRSA, including Board member, Secretary, and Senior Counsel, and has been actively involved in supporting PRSSA and national conference initiatives. She previously held senior communications roles at Stephens, Rose Law Firm, and leading Arkansas advertising agencies. Harrell is widely recognized for her professional and community leadership, including receiving the PRSA Chapter Crystal Award and being named to Arkansas Business 40 Under 40.
