About me
Nadine Bridges (she/her) is a nationally recognized leader in equity, public health, and LGBTQ+ advocacy. As the first Black and female Executive Director of One Colorado, she has led the state’s leading LGBTQ+ advocacy organization through some of the most challenging political and cultural moments in recent history; championing trans rights, marriage equality, and racial justice across Colorado.

Her career has included roles as a professor, counselor, director, Peace Corps volunteer, and activist.
She has served on numerous boards and advisory councils, including the Equality Federation, the Bell Policy Action Network, and the Advisory Committee for Colorado Healing Fund. She mentors emerging leaders across sectors and is known for her candid leadership style, deep compassion, and commitment to servant leadership.
Nadine earned a Master of Social Work with a certificate in Latinx social work from the University of Denver and dual biology degrees from the College of Charleston. In her free time, she loves traveling, cooking, baking, and watching The Great British Bake Off with her wife, Liz, and their family.
